It been quite sometime I went to Yishun Dam for fishing. This is the place where I started fishing.

A place of memories during my poly and army fishing days.

Anyway cab down to pick Cx and off we proceed to Yishun Dam. Got a shock when we arrived.

It was SUPER packed. Chose a spot which is away from the crowd and proceed to setup the tackles.


One apollo rig for big fish and one floater for smallies.


We managed to hook up ard 5 smallies before we decided it enough. No point getting small fishes and releasing them back.

I change the small hooks for the floater to bigger hooks.

When night falls, I started to register MANY bites on my 9ft rod. When I say MANY, it mean MANY.

Casted the rod and before I even put the rod down, my rod started vibrating. Guess there is many small fishes ard.

Sadly no more hook ups.

Pack up at ard 9pm plus.
