Prawning Trip On 240508

Total catch ard 30 plus.

First 2 hrs v poor catch only ard 12-13. Keep miss alot of hook up. Quite fedup. Dunno why maybe prawn too small.

Last 45 mins discover a Fantastic spot. Got ard another 15 - 18 in 45 mins. ard 4-5 is caught by hand.Some ideas to settle ur prawns if dun wan bring home.

It is Cx Dream to fight and land a fish herself. Therefore we decided to go down to TMJ to fufil her wish again.

Reached there and got a shocked news! Today is competition. Alamak… i am jus a leisure and still newbie fisherman…how to take part.
But well since we were already there, just gave it a shot.



Got a prize for the first ten fish landed. I am the angler to land the ninth fish.Prize is 10 dollars.
Anyway luck wasnt really on my side. Total catch only 2 fish.


Fishes were safety released to the lake once again.

Today went down to TMJ to cure some itchy hand. Have a GOOD start in the first 30 mins with 2 fishs landed at my Favourite Spot near the first pump.

Morale was SUPER High! Soon Cx arrived with my breakfast and stuff. Promised to let her fight the next fish. However, it turn out to be a long long wait.

After few fishless hours, Cx decided to took a walk and go see pple prawning. 10 mins after she walked away, i got a strong bite jus very near to me. Tightened the line and give a strong strike. FISH ON!

Fight was abt 1 min and the fish is slightly bigger.

Think my fight caused some commotion and a few people come over to see me land the fish. Cx was one of them. HAHA.
She is so sway. No luck to fight a fish.

Anyway catch wasnt that good. Total catch : 3
